Art and Design in 21st century is being perceived with a different form and content with the developing technologies and changing needs. World Conference on Design and Arts welcomes a wide range of practical and theoretical approaches to discuss and develop new perspectives. The aim is to bring together the educational scientists, arts scientists, faculties, , designers, artists ,scholars, researchers and students from all areas of fine arts with the mission to become an International Forum, where, civil society organization and representative artists, academics and researchers – from all over the world – could meet in and exchange ideas to share and to discuss theoretical and practical knowledge about art and design in the scientific environment including Visual Performances, Graphic Designs Solutions Exhibitions, Workshops and Competitions.
